Variety data of "Detector Voltage vs. Frequency" @ HMC6981LS6 is available ?My customer want to check the data of Frequency Range @ 17 - 20 GHz.
Vref and Vdet are both tested in production using two different RF input power levels at 17.5 GHz only. DC bias is applied to Vref and Vdet by pulling them up through 40.2k ohm resistors to Vdd. (The EVB uses 42.6k ohm...but the exact value is not critical). At each RF input power level the resulting Vref and Vdet DC voltages are measured, calculations are performed, and the part is then yielded according to the results. It constitutes a test of Vref and Vdet functionality and accuracy, though not accuracy to the type of tight limits that would be used for a high-accuracy log amp detector, for example.

The only performance data we have for the HMC6981LS6 detector was taken at the center-of-band, 17.5 GHz.

Do the detector voltage performance,Vref and Vdet subject to production test ?What is the test condition ? Or It's guaranteed by design and not subject to production test ?
