ADAS3022 heat issue when power on before configure from FPGA

ADAS3022 power on before register configuration. Measure chipset temperature about 50℃, after register load from FPGA and start to work, the chipset temperature drop to 40℃. We found status of ADAS30202 pin are all high level when power-up.8 pin turn to low level after register load. 6 of 8 are input pins, 2 pins are output pin (BUSY and SDO). We check datasheet, uncertain about the right status and timing of BUSY and SDO when power-up before working. Another possibility is there is +11.6V online at one of the input pin always, if chipset just pown on before setting, will this input inside is low resistance status to cause the heating?
