In the past other I have used MMIC amps have that either required a DC dropping resistor in the DC feed network or some form of a controlled current source to prevent damage to the device. I am looking at using the ADL5545 in a new design and notice that datasheet does not mention the requirement for either of these provisions. Also, the demo board schematic just has some RF chokes and capacitors. Will the device remain stable simply running off a 5V LDO output or should I bump up the voltage and add a dropping resistor. Thanks for the help!
