There power&energy information can be obtained from ADE7880 in multiple ways. A detailed description of calibration and conversion is given in the AN-1171 application note:

One way to obtain power if you have a known accurate source is as follows:

Provide a known voltage and current input to the circuit. Calculate the input power in Watts

Record the power register reading (xWATT) in decimal.

Obtain Watts/LSB constant = Watts/(xWATT)

Then, any value of xWATT reading can be converted to actual power as: Power(W) = (Watts/LSB constant) * xWATT
