I want to use ADRF6720-27(Quadrature Modulator with PLL/VCO) for Bi-Phase modulation at UFH. Can you suggest to use this by making `I’ set high and `Q’ to be fed with data for BPSK modulation? Please help.

BPSK typically has 180 degrees phase shift between states while QPSK has 90 degrees between states. In order to get 180 degree phase shift using QPSK both data inputs must change (00 --> 11, 10 --> 01, etc.) so you will have to determine if your system can accommodate this.
If you held one input high/low and put data on the other input you should see 90 degree phase shift.

I should also say that if you were going to use this method (holding I or Q low) and use an IF frequency you would get none of the benefits of using an IQ modulator (no sideband suppression, etc.)
