AD7193 and timing requirements for Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F

I'm trying to use the AD7193 to read the output of the Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F Particulate Matter sensor.

In order to read the data from the Sharp sensor, I have to follow some timing requirements. I need to pulse the PM sensor LED on for 320us, for every 10ms.

When the LED is turned on, I need to read the output at 280us, and then wait for another 40us to turn off the LED.

Considering the settling time for the AD7193 of about 80ms at 50Hz, and 830us at the max output rate of 4800 Hz, I was wondering how I will be able to achieve the timing requirements above?

Even if I use continuous read, I need to be able to read the output at the 280us mark.

Any tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! :-)
