I am working with an ADV7390 encoder and I found that the output is showing about 1.3V when terminated into a 37.5 ohm resistor and the RSET at 510 per the datasheet. The encoder digital data inputs being driving by an FPGA. I don't have access to the code for the FPGA right now. Is it possible to drive the encoder in such a way that you will get 1.3V of DAC output? I am trying to get it to work at the standard 1V of NTSC.
