The ouput of isolation circuit must be sustain 400V.
The ADuM3221 has two outputs, but they share the same output ground. If you need two output channels that can be separated by 400 V, the ADuM3223, ADuM4223, and ADUM7234 are some solutions. There are also the ADuM3224 and ADuM4224 which are the ADuM3223 without the thermal shutdown protection feature.
Another solution is to use two separate single channel drivers, which can help in simplifying layout. This would be the ADuM3123.
Thanks you for you response. But i have an another question, i want to know if the ADuM3223 is compliant to AEC-Q100 qualified automotive.
The ADuM3223 has an automotive variant, the ADUM3223W. Here are the options:
ADuM3223WARZ 4.5 UVLO
ADuM3223WBRZ 7.5 UVLO
ADuM3223WCRZ 11.5 UVLO
These are all AECQ-100 qualified.
i want to know if i can have a model spice of the ADuM3223 to perform simulation on SIMetrix?
We do not have a SPICE model available for the ADuM3223 at this time. Sorry.
