ADV7391 with BT.656 and 28.375MHz input clock

Dear EngineerZone,

 

we are currently planning to implement the ADV7391 analog video encoder together with a sony zoom camera (FCB-EX1020/EX1020P). The camera provides a digital output (see document attached page 59 - 64) which is mentioned to be equivalent to ITU-R BT656. (see document attached page 58). We would like to run the camera in “25p mode” as shown on page 61. A clock signal of 28.375MHz is outputted along with the pixel data. By comparing the digital input requirements of the ADV7391 to the output format of the FCB-EX1020/EX1020P I noticed that here a clock rate of 27 MHz is required. Also in the “INPUT CLOCK SPECIFICATIONS” in table 4. on page 7 there is no Min or Max Values mentioned. Only a Typical value of 27MHz. So my question is now will the ADV7391 also work with an input clock frequency of 28.375MHz?
