Noise present only at op-amp's non-inverting input?

Dear Analog Devices,

 

     The noise gain formulas on page 21 of the attached pdf all imply that noise is present only at the op-amp's non-inverting input.  Will you explain why that is?

 

     The comment in the last red bullet (also on page 21) implies that higher noise gain provides better stability.  Will you explain why that is?
