ADV7627 unused input pins

According to the ADV7625 HW Manual, inputs pins for digital audio and digital video (pixel port and sync inputs) should be connected to ground through a 4K7 ohm resistor when not being used. However, I noticed that the following pins are floating (shown as connected to test points) in the ADV7625 eval board:

AUD2_IN
AUD2_IN_SCLK
AUD2_IN_LRCLK

P8/AP_IN_MCLK
P9/AP_IN_SCLK
P10/AP_IN5
P11/AP_IN4
P12/AP_IN3
P13/AP_IN2
P14/AP_IN1
P15/AP_IN0

HS
VS
PCLK
DE

To simplify routing (and to avoid some potential PCB routing issues), is it OK to float these pins (or connect them directly to ground)? Do these pins have internal pull resistors? I am assuming that whatever applies to these pins would also apply to the P0-P7 pixel port inputs (which I also don't use).

Thank you in advance for your reply.
