When compiling:

##### Compile Started: Tuesday, June 28, 2016 4:42:41 PM #####

error (16,Pulse1): offset value "139" out of range [-127, 127] in module PulseAlgS3001 (632,0)

error (25,Pulse1): offset value "141" out of range [-127, 127] in module PulseAlgS3001 (641,0)

##### Summary #####

DM0 RAM used:     00806    (of 20480)

DM1 RAM used:     02818    (of 20480)

PM  RAM used:     00000    (of 8192)

Program Length:   01694    1309 instructions (32bit: 924  64bit: 385)

Total PM used:    01694    (of 8192)

Block parameters are default.  This seems to happen only when the project is getting "big" - not sure if by instructions (it's using 93%) or program size.  If I remove a few blocks (doesn't seem to matter which - and none are connected to the pulse block), compiling is successful.

Any fix/workaround?  Also happens in 3.12 build 4, though the project was created in 3.13.
