Please send to me a diagram of 'Voltage Noise Density vs. Frequency' for ADuM3190.
I asked the designer and he had test data of noise vs frequency for the ADuM3190, which I have attached here. Note, the spikes at 3, 6 & 9MHz are from the 3MHz internal clock used for the pulse width modulated (PWM) signal used in the digital isolator to represent the analog voltage input information that is transferred from the amplifier input to output side.
We consider the use of the measurement field.
It was confirmed for accuracy.
We would like to determine the circuit design due to noise characteristics.
Sorry, but it is not very clear what you need to know about noise characteristics. Please describe if this is a test or a simulation data that you are looking for and more details of noise measurement - a test specification would help? Also, what is the application and circuit diagram for the use of the ADuM3190?
