ADuM3190 spike on Eaout1

I'm using the ADuM3190 in an isolated flyback regulator, the problem I'm encountering is that when the ADuM3190 turns on (around VDD=3V), it produces a spike on the Eaout1 pin that causes the TPS40210 controller to go unstable.  I tried adding more decoupling to the ADuM3190 part but I couldn't get rid of this turn-on spike.  Is there any way to filter out or eliminate this spike at turn-on?  I have Eaout1 driving the FB pin of the TPS40210.
