I'm designing a PCB with ADCMP582 (PECL output driver).
VCCI = 5.0 V; VEE = −5.0 V; VCCO = 3.3 V
The ADCMP582's load is a Crosspoint switch with input buffer according to the attached .gif.
Will the ADCMP582 "work" together with the crosspoint?
I must add that I will use the 50 Ohm input terminations in the crosspoint input buffer.
And I will use the Input common mode termination through 1k.
The output of the ADCMP582 requires to be terminated to VCCO-2V through a 50ohm resistor. You can achieve this by adding a 1033.33ohm resistor between "A" of the input buffer and ground, this will also be the case for "AN". By adding these resistors, the 2.5V supply on the input buffer will have a voltage divider and would force the voltage between 1kohm and 50ohm to 1.3V or VCCO-2V.
We still would like to know more about the crosspoint switch that you are using, can you share the part number?

The crosspoint part number is VSC3308 from Vitesse.
