Generating simple FSK using AD9910 Eval board

I've been trying to perform FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) using the AD 9910 Eval board. For this I need to generate two different frequencies 56 MHz and 64 MHz alternately for 62.5 ns. To achieve this I've selected the "cont profile 0:1"  in the GUI and loaded RAM locations 0 & 1 with FTW for 56 MHz freq and RAM locations 2&3 with 64 MHz freq (The screen shot of settings done on GUI is attached). I have been able to generate two freq alternately but am facing a few problems namely,
             i.   Amplitudes corrs to two freq are different. Approx 20% difference in the amplitude of the two.
ii.  Freq so generated are not exact 56 & 64 Mhz
iii. Not able to control the duration of each freq to 62.5 ns.

Can anyone help me on this!

Thanks in advance.
