There is any benefit to use LDO to supply CP5 instead of charge pump?
what is the voltage rage and there is any power sequencing to respect?
The key people have been able to confirm what I suspected:1. No obvious advantage
2. Numerous opportunities to influence performance in the wrong direction
I hope that helps. Our admins (people that fund this forum) would appreciate "correct answer" designation, if we have answered your question with sufficient clarity. If not, we look forward to further clarification. Thanks again for posting in this forum.
Just to make sure that I understand correctly, are you asking if there is any value in supplying an external voltage, rather than use the on-chip charge-pump? To my knowledge, we have not tried this and are not in a position to offer detailed advice on trying this out.
You perfectly understand, thank you to keep me informed if you heard about something.

Thanks for verifying this. I will see what I can find out. Is there a particular performance levels you are trying to achieve?
