I need ADS model of ADL5511 chip to be used in linearization of Power Amplifier.

Unfortunately, we do not have an ADS model for ADL5511. If you are using the envelope output, you can approximate the time domain operation of the device using the equation Vout = 1.46 x Abs(Vin) (the scaling factor changes a bit with frequency. You then need to wrap a 130 MHz low pass filter around this.

This equation holds for input levels from -30 dBm to around +15 dBm (20 mVpp to 3.56 Vpp).
