Hello! I try to calculate real dynamic range of ADC, and I have some question about some ADC spec:
1. Input impedance of ADC channels?
2. SNR, SINAB, ENOB, SFDR of AD9361?

That is correct. The ADC used in this transceiver is not part of the product portfolio as a stand-alone device.
I did checked the dynamic range of rx in ad9361 using both matlab simulation program (sim_rf_ad9361) and experiment in manual gain mode. The dynamic range I got is only around 50dB. The sensitivity at 44dB gain is about -86dBm ( I varied the level of input signal until the SNR achieved is 2/1, the LO freq is 1500MHz).
And I see that, without input signal or set RX gain to 0, the strength of noise at the 12 bit output of ad9361 is 4 bit (from 0 to 3).
Did I make something wrong?
How can I get dynamic range of 60dB as you said?

Dynamic range will vary some based on the device configuration. Your measurement seems to be in the ball park.
As I said in my previous post the device is specified as a transceiver and specifications for individual blocks in the signal chain are not published.
Can you explain to me what the ball park is in my measurements. Also, please show me what the configuration of the device you already used to get dynamic range of 60dB. I want to have it as a reference for my measurements.
