Frequency drift when temperature drastic change

We find the carrier frequency drift (about 1.5MHz) when temperature drastic change from -20℃ to 50℃ during one hour.

The AD9361 works well in any temperature from -20℃ to 50℃ ,And the external reference clock and the pll lock indication shows well.


Is there any  suggestion that we can compensate the temperature drift?
