Which is the turn-on time of the ADL5370 modulator?

Here is the measurement limitation to get the fast source to power on / off 5V. On measurement, removed decoupling capacitors on power supply pins of ADL5370 to make the ramping-up and -down fast. Below is with the power source that is about 8ms Power on time and 37ms Power down time.
It showed 1.4ms to be getting a signal and about 3.35ms to get a signal at 90 % of final value. And power off time is about 5.9ms not to have a signal on RFout. This few msec response time on ADL5370 is mainly from the power source. We need to put decoupling capacitors on power pins that will result in the longer ramp-up and ramp-down time from charging and discharging. Hopefully, power source on your system is enough fast not to limit the timer requirement. It is necessary to check how power source on your system works on time domain.
Currently, no data to share. Will let you get it as soon as possible. Does the turn-on time here mean the turn-on settling time by power on?
Yes it does.
I repeated the measurement in my lab using the ADL5370 EVB with no modifications.
I get much faster turn-on/off time. (<30 us)
Spectrum analyzer and scope provide very similar results.
I used an LDO as power supply and the instruments were triggered with the enable signal of the regulator.
The 5V supply takes about 150 us to settle.
