How to regulate 13.4V down to 5V, still need 900 mA of current!

I am trying to power a 5V VCOCXO that draws a maximum current of 470 mA. I am looking for an LDO regulator that can convert 13.4V (my power source) to 5V but still supply 940 mA of current (planning for worst case scenario of double the value). Any recommendations on a regulator that would fit these needs? I am looking for a surface mount part. Would it make more sense to use multiple regulators and cascade them down? 13.4V to 9V or 7V, then down to 5V?
