I'd like to know whether or not an REF192 can be used for reference of four AD5308 ICs simultaneously.
Could you tell me about it?
You can, but I would not. The AD5308 came out in 2002, and they used the REF192, which came out in 1995,
because it was available. I would use the ADR3425 which came out a few years ago, so much less chance
The short answer is yes, the REF192 can handle four AD5308 connected to it.
For DACs using the string architecture (as the AD5308), the reference input impedance of the DAC is constant. In the data sheet, the minimum input impedance per input reference (assuming unbuffered mode) is 18kΩ. As there are eight input reference pins for the four AD5308, the REF192 will see it as a parallel combination of resistors. The equivalent input resistance that the REF192 will see is about 2.25kΩ. The current that will be drawn from the reference source is about 1.11mA. The REF192 has rated output current of 30mA.
