Could you let me know ADL5391 disable threshold in detail?
The datasheet mentions the threshold is only "1.5V" for high to low.
I need to know the minimum voltage for enable and the maximum disable voltage.
Here is some data, there is a little bit of hysteresis. The turn on point with ENBL going high is around 1.6V and the turn off point with ENBL going low is around 1.5 V.
So if you use a typical logic drive of 0.8V (max) for low and 1.8V (min) for high, it will work fine.
Is it possible for you to support it?
Hi, we will get someone to do a quick test of this in the lab. It may be that the part does a straight switch from disabled to enabled at this voltage level (i.e. unlike typical digital logic).
Hi, doesn't it have hysteresis?
Not sure, that is what we are in the process of testing.
