Hi, I'm using a virtual computer with ubuntu.
I tried to install cces with wine and it worked.
But I cant use my valid license because the license manager detect a fffff host ID. Does any one use crosscore on Linux?
ADI does not support installing our tools onto a Virtual Machine.
Running CCES in linux/Wine environment is not tested, nor supported.
We recommend to install our tools normally in the supported following operating systems.
Windows Vista Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate SP2 (32-bit only)
Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate (32 and 64-bit)
Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise (32 and 64-bit)
Please Note that Users may experience User Access Control (UAC) related errors if the software is
installed into a protected location, such as Program Files or Program Files (x86). We recommend installing the software in a non-UAC-protected location.
Ok thx for the infos...
Just a wee note to say that CCES 2.4.0 is now supported on Linux (Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit) in support for ADuCM3029 and ADSP-SC5xx ARM core development. Please see analog.com/cces for a download link.
