AD8232

Hi, I have a model AD8232 chip to use as cardiac pulse counter (beats per minute). Specifications indicates that the circuit should consume 170 uA but consume only 60 uA (not in shutdown) and not get correct signals for the electrocardiogram. If we turn off and turn on the power supply, which is connected, sometime several times starts to consume 200 uA and appear at pin OUT signals, but does not correspond to an ECG. Could I say what is my mistake or been the underlying cause of this?.

I am using the attached diagram.

Thanks in advance.
