I checked the level-shift ADG3300/3308 datasheet, which can't showed any information of Minimum Pulse Width /Pulse duration specification, Can you help? Thanks you!
ADG3300 and ADG3308 has no specific values for Minimum Pulse Width. However, the Data Rate Section of the respective datasheets explains the maximum frequency of a square wave that can be applied to the I/O pins of each device. Please see figures attached.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks so much your reply, If data rate is 50MHz, that means 20nS minimum pulse width, correct? Thanks!
Yes, you are correct. The minimum pulse width would be the inverse of the maximum data rate, which is 20ns. However, computing for the duration of the output will be, 20ns + propagation delay + rise time. Please see figures 33 and 34 of the datasheet.
Let me know if you have other concerns. Hope this helps.
