hi, if the HART function is to be abandoned，the HART pin will be NC,or the pin is decoupled with 0.1 μF capacitor to GND.
If you are not using HART, leave the CHART pin not connected (NC).
For your second question, you will need to provide more information of your setup.
Is it an eval board or your own design, if your own design, could you share a schematic?What is the input code you are using? 0xFFFF?
another,the Iout is very low,the Vout is very narrow pulse,and the amplitude is less than 3v(OUT RANGE 0-10V)
by the way,the CHART pin is NC

Can you explain how you are setting up the AD5755-1 please? Are you following the setup flowchart that is located in the datasheet. Figure 76.
If you are enabling VOUT, the DC-DC will go from ~5V to 15V as you go through the flowchart.
If you are enabling IOUT, the DC-DC will go from 5V to 7.5V during register setup. When you enable the output, the DC-DC converter will then increase to 2.7V above the voltage generated

Now,the Iout is correctly, but the FAULT pin's output is always low, to read back the status register get 0x000000, if the Bit 12 of software register is set high, the return value is 0x000800.
why the FAULT pin is set low?
