I am using an AD797B as transimpedence amplifier (in photovoltaic mode). I have
a problem, when the gain is high and a lot of light come to the detector, the
AD797B has its output saturated to the lower rail which is normal. The problem
is that the output stay saturated even if I remove the light source. I have to
switch to a much lower gain (I use relays to choose the gain) to make the amplifier working again.
Do you know why I have this problem? It does not happen with an amplifier such
as AD8065 for exemple. Do you have a solution to avoid this issue?
