Powering up ad9910 evaluation board, and reference signal

Hi all,

regarding powering up the AD9910, should I supply all the required voltages? can I short the pins of equal voltages?

The board came with crystal soldered on the back side. How can I activate it? should I desolder something, or just moving the jumper on w7 is enough? If desoldering is required, then I prefer supplying an external reference signal. Should the external reference (CLK) be square waves, or sine waves are fine? is  2MHz square waves enough? I only have control over the voltage of the external clock, what should be voltage amplitude?

Thanks in advance.
