Datasheet of ADIS1680 says dynamic accuracy of yaw angle is 0.5 degree, roll and pitch angle is 0.5 degree. I just wonder what is test conditions( frequencey,..) and what is value of EKF_CNFG register on your test ?
Here are the conditions associated with the characterization of the dynamic accuracy. Here are the notes that I have on the dynamic angle accuracy. I will check to see if I can find the EKF_CFG register value.
•Sinusoidal Angular rotation
•4 cycles @ 0.6Hz
•measured over 10 sec window
•DUT in-line with axis of rotation
•Motion generated by motor about Horizontal & Vertical axes
•Decimation = 0, 1200SPS external trigger, Synchronous sampling
•~10 Sec waveform recorded with STDev of error in angular position calculated
