AD9747 Temperature Drift with External Reference

The AD9747 data sheet quotes a temperature coefficient for gain drift of 100 ppm/C (presumably using the internal reference). Is there a specification for this when using an external reference? In particular, I am interested in how low this can be made using a high-precision external reference and a low-temperature-coefficient resistor for FSADJ. That the quoted temperature coefficient for gain drift is an order of magnitude larger than the quoted coefficient for the internal reference is concerning on this front.

 

If anyone has ever done a measurement on phase drift (the time delay between the inputs and outputs) as a function of temperature with this or any other high-speed AD DAC, that would be interesting as well.
