Which diode product could be used to block the negative part of a sine wave signal?
The diode would better be integrated with SMA connectors at both input and output. So that it can be directly added into the system.

You should be looking for Schottky diodes. Schottky diodes only have one doped end (I think it's typically p doped) and instead of a n side, just has undoped metal. They therefore have much less junction capacitance than pn diodes, so can be switched much faster. Here's a good link to the NXP site where this is explained in detail.
