The impedance measurement range of the ADuCM350 depends on a number of different factors. Basically, the ADuCM350 measures current. It is capable of measuring very small changes in current, but this will depend on the value of the TIA feedback resistor, the precision of this resistor, the noise in the system and the voltage level which can be applied across the sensor/unknown impedance. The accuracy of the measurement will also depend on the range of impedance that you intend to measure.

One thing to note about small impedances is that the measurement loop requires at least 100 Ohms in order to be stable, so for any impedance of <100 Ohms, it is necessary to put a 100 Ohm resistor in series and this impedance can be removed post measurement.

Can you provide some information about the impedance that you are trying to measure?
