ADV7612: Queries on STDI_DATA_VALID Bit

We want to indicate to our application, the fast switching of HDMI video using external switcher (2:1 MUX) connected to two HDMI sources. The output of the switcher is connected to the HDMI port A. We are planning to use STDI_DATA_VALID_RAW bit of ADV7612 for this purpose, the status of which will be configured to be generated on INT1 signal of the device.

As per ADV7612 datasheet, we understand that the STDI_DATA_VALID_RAW bit will go high after five fields of the input video are received. Similarly, how much time it takes for STDI_DATA_VALID_RAW bit to go low? Does it resets immediately if two consecutive line widths of the input video do not match?

Please note that the video standard can switch at any point of a given line such that, only the line width of the given line and next line will not match. Can  STDI_DATA_VALID_RAW bit detect this change? If not, is there any other bit which we can use for this purpose?
