I found some characterization data for ADA4805/6 Ibias vs temp and have attached the histogram. The sample size is only 30 pieces so the shape isn't exactly gaussian but it should be enough to give you an idea what to expect. Also, the data was taken at the temperature endpoints (-40 and +125) and the Ibias vs temp curve is not exactly linear so the drift will vary slightly depending on which portion of the temperature range you're looking at. As far as I can tell this is all the temp data we have on this.
