ADALM1000 doesn't turn on after attempted firmware update

Hi everyone,

We received the ADALM1000 with our FIRST Robotics Kickoff Kit, and I was testing it out to see what we could use it for. I installed Pixelpulse and I pressed "Update Firmware" after plugging the board in. Midway through the update, Pixelpulse threw an error about an unexpected interruption when updating the firmware and the lights on the bottom went out. I tried unplugging it and plugging it in again, but the module's LED no longer lights up, nor does it light up when I plug it into other people's computers. Windows does seem to detect the device as a programmable port, but Pixelpulse does not recognize it as a device. What could be the issue with the board?
