I am trying to measure the core clock on an ADSP-21479 ezboard with an oscilloscope.
I am using test point TP27 and I set the CLKOUTEN to 1 in the PMCTL register.
I am surprisingly getting a clock frequency of 16.6MHz, which corresponds to that of the crystal, while I would expect a core clock of about 266MHz.
I was basically trying to modify the core clock by setting different PLL multipliers, and trying to measure the effective clock. But it seems I cannot get access to the core clock on the board.
What am I missing?
