Can i get Reference Schematics for ADP505X EVM.
Are you referring to the evaluation board schematics? If yes, these information can be found on the respective product pages.
Here's the link to the ADP5054 eval board documentation:
Here's the link to the ADP5050/2 eval board documentation:

Which of the ADP5050/1/2/3/4 products are you looking at? If you're still deciding on which part to use, I suggest you also use the ADP505x Buck Regulator Design tool, set your design requirements and the tool will provide you with the proper components to use. Let me know if you need further help, or require other information.
Request you to kindly Review the attached Schematic & BOM.
Following are the inputs.

Power Sequencing is 1V,1.8V,2.5&3.3V
Kindly Let me know if any other information required.
Hi Ranganadh K,
Your operating currents across all rails are too high for the chip to handle simultaneously, and this will cause the die temperature to increase, and the part will go into thermal shutdown. Are these your max currents? I suggest that you check the tool for the ADP5054, to see more info on the estimated performance for your design. The die temp increases as well based on your ambient temperature.
It might me better to go with the ADP185x and/or ADP2323 to provide your high current rails. You can check possible options here:
Power Design Tool: Power Management: ADIsimPower by Analog Devices
The nominal Currents are firstname.lastname@example.orgA, email@example.comA,1.8V@1A,1V@1.5A.
Can you kindly check for this requirements.
