Business Case for video filtering circuit

I'm currently working on a Business Case in order to understand the possible profitability and feasibility of a device

The product will accept RGB or composite video input, process the signal adding filters to it (image glow, vignette, blur, possibly image curvature) and output the filtered signal to RGB or composite again. The user should be able to increase-decrease the strenght of the filters by acting on potentiometers. The product is NOT supposed to perform also conversion between RGB to composite and vice versa.

The market target is people using old devices connected to modern LCDs that need to simulate CRT look and feel on an LCD display

I'm writing to gather opinions if any of Analog ICs is able to provide similar kind of filtering in realtime (50fps PAL), and if so, which one you suggest

Cheers and thanks
