AD9361 - RX/TX Diff Pins Impedance and Pin Connection

From my customer:

I wanted to confirm that the RX and TX differential RF pins on the 9361 are designed to work with a 100-ohm differential trace impedance (a typical differential pair on a PCB, for example, 60 ohm single-ended and 100 ohm differential).

Also, the reference design FMCOMMS3-EBZ schematic provides DC 1.3V to the TX1A/2A pins, while the datasheet only says to tie unused pins to 1.3V. Do I need to provide the DC biasing to the transmit ports that I am using?
