The data sheet specifies the output power into a 50 ohm single ended or 100 ohm diff load.

But, I do not see any information on the output structure or the output impedance.

Is the internal output impedance 50 ohms nominal?

Can you supply a copy of the equivalent circuit for the LO1 or LO2 output ports?

Is the output waveform essentially a square wave?

The output impedance is shown in Figure 30. The best match in a 50 ohm system occurs around 4GHz where 15dB RL corresponds to 35 ohm output impedance.

The output wave shape depends on frequency. A 50% duty cycle square wave only has odd harmonics. At 4GHz harmonics are quite low which result in a wave shape similar to a sine wave.

At 2G you start to see more of a square wave shape with the 3rd harmonic setting around -13dB.
