Think I fried something - ZC706 and FMCOMMS3

After messing with TX and RX (connected in loopback) parameters in Simulink for the AD9361, my FPGA stopped working. After powered off the board and powered it back on, some of the LEDs do not turn on (or are dim), and the CPU fan does not start up. I can still ping the FPGA, but the rest of the system doesn't work correctly. Also, using the Linux OS SD card, it will not book up.

Could I have fried something by changing the input Simulink sine wave block amplitude? I dont really know what happened all of a sudden. Assistance to try to troubleshoot is appreciated.
