Hi,

I'm trying to insert my custom IP into the AD-FMCOMMS2-EBZ User Guide [Analog Devices Wiki] Linux example that runs IIO on startup (the example works perfectly). In the reference design for Vivado 2014.4, I instantiated an AXI GPIO to control some LEDs as a simple implementation and rebuilt the bitstream. Then in the SDK, I rebuilt BOOT.bin using the files found in the boot archive file that came with the AD-FMCOMMS2 SD card but I replaced the bit file with the one I just created (one with an AXI GPIO for leds). I then replaced the BOOT.bin file in the SD card and powered the board but nothing happened. Do I need to rewrite the devicetree file? If so, how do I do this for this simple example?

I also found this thread https://ez.analog.com/message/209805#209805 has there been an example written on how to insert custom IP into the Linux example reference design?

Thanks in advance!

Andrew Wang
