AD210 PWR COM and OCOM connection

I am intending to use AD210 to detect the high side current of a resistor with common mode voltage of nearly 100V, meanwhile i am detecting the voltage at the load side with a voltage divider, shown in figure below is the schematic diagram of my design. The reference potential of the load voltage (AGND) is the same as the PWR COM of AD210 and i need the reference potential of the output signal of AD210, i.e OCOM, to be at AGND for data acquisition, that means PWR COM and OCOM should be connected together. As I was informed, the PWR COM, ICOM and OCOM are isolated from each other through transformer, so is it viable to connect PWR COM and OCOM together? It will be of so much help if somebody can answer my question.
