My customer has the following question:
if I am using the AD633 to multiply two signals that are between 0V to positive 10V only (single quadrant operation) do I need a negative voltage on V- or can I connect V- to ground?
I doubt it. I am not an expert on this part, but the data sheet gives an output swing of +-11V on a +-15V supply, so you would need at least -4V supply to reach 0V on the output. Other limits might apply and restrict this further.
yes you can connect it to ground. as your signal levels are above 0 level

From the spec table and from fig 6, you need to stay at least 4-5V away from either rail, so on ground and +15V, the inputs should be 4-11V
