As tittle, would you kind to provide the settling time of them because we would like to on/off by VCC with pulse (900ps raising and falling, 19.6ns for window length) ? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your quick and kind response. Currently, we use an excited Enhancement Mode Pseudomorphic EHEMT to be a VCO without PLL. But it must be tuned in one by one. For mass production smoothly, just begin to survey for better solution to improve it.
1. Would you kind to provide the complete simulation model of HMC431 & HMC358 (which the value of series resistor or inductor ?)
2. Due to no description on datasheet, I would like to know the raising and falling time chart of HMC431 and HMC358 once VCC supply ?

Unfortunately, we do not have a user simulation model available or the requested rise/fall time for these products. Since your application is quite specific and can depend particularly upon the supply source resistance and bypass capacitance, it is best that you test to confirm the products will meet your requirements.
