I'm using zedboard along with fmcomms2, Kindly suggest on how to use the on board (fmcomms2) DCXO for synchronizing the receive clock with the transmit clock dynamically.
Maybe I don't fully understand your question.
But the DCXO is used to tune a externally connected reference frequency crystal.
Let's say you use a 40MHz crystal, and it's withing it's tolerance a few hundred Hz above or below.
You could measure it's actual frequency using a counter connected to CLKOUT and tune it to be exactly 40MHz.
Baseband and TX as well as RX PLLs run off this same reference.
So they are always synchronous.
Please also consult Tuning the AD9361/AD9364 [Analog Devices Wiki] it has extensive information on how to tune the DCXO against an external reference signal.
