We are using the ADXL213AE from many years with very high results . Our main applications are : Platform leveling , cranes , aerial work platforms and many mobile applications . The inclinomeers that we realize are very performant . For new applications we are searching for a new mems accelerometers but with low cost and same characteristics in terms of thermal drift , zero bias stabilty over time and so on . Could you suggest me a replacement mems accelerometers for these new low cost applications ? Thanks in advance . Ziliani Giovanni

That would be equivalent to 1.7mg, if I am doing my math correctly. In the ADXL350, 1 LSB = 1.95mg. Since the noise is 1.1 LSBrms, (~+/-3.4 LSB p-p), I would expect that you can likely average sequential samples to get finer resolution. For example, adding 4 sequential samples together will cause the data length to grow by 2 bits, which would result in a new LSB of 0.975mg (1.95/2).
