BF60x USB Chirp-K missing

I am trying to use the USB OTG peripheral on a custom BF608 board - I already have it running on the BF609 eval board.

The problem I am seeing is that the peripheral does not generate the Chirp-K signal when reset.  This signal should be generated by the peripheral I believe.

The question is : What needs to be done to get the peripheral to generate the Chirp-K signal ?
